  • Initiate benefits changes when you have a Life Event (status changes such as having a baby or getting married). Note: You must submit changes within 31 days of a life event.
  • Verify eligibility and enroll in NetApp’s benefits
  • Answer questions about NetApp’s medical, dental and vision plans—everything from how deductibles and coinsurance work, to how you can earn wellness rewards
  • Provide carrier information like group numbers, phone numbers, websites and claim forms
