MyCompass integrated programs support your and your spouse’s/domestic partner’s:

  • Nutrition. Save money and time and eat healthy with Zipongo. This personalized nutrition service does the work for you by providing recipes, grocery discounts, shopping lists and nutrition guidance tailored to your specific food preferences, needs and goals. You’ll also earn points for tracking your food intake with Bites.
  • Resiliency. Stress is part of our everyday lives, but now you have access to tools that help you deal with the pressures of everyday life. Bounce back from adversity and reach your full potential. meQuilibrium teaches you how to quickly retrain your own personal thinking processes to your advantage. You’ll also earn points for tracking your sleep with Zzz’s.
  • Financial Wellness. Finally there’s an easy way to see your total financial landscape. With HelloWallet, you can manage all of your financial information in one place, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, 401(k) accounts, investments and even your health care costs. You can get help setting goals, managing budgets, monitoring your financial progress and so much more.

In 2018, we’re introducing Retrofit Healthy Living – holistic, personalized weight management solutions for employees and spouses. The program includes live weekly classes and interactions with coaches; self-monitoring tools for food, mood, activity and weight; tailored learn-by-doing missions; and gamefulness and social sharing

Another new program, Retrofit Weight Management offers personalized coaching for sustainable weight loss and disease prevention to those who are clinically overweight and seeking support in attaining long-term weight loss. It includes 1:1 coaching, messaging and planning with a weight loss expert; weekly classes and interaction with other participants; self-monitoring tools for food, mood and activity; and weight and personalized learning content and resources from a coach.

7-Minute Workout, also a new program, is a fast, science-based way to workout anywhere, anytime. Some features include:

  • Short workouts based on HICT (high intensity circuit training)—proven to be the “safest, most effective and most efficient” way to improve your muscular and aerobic fitness, and make you healthier
  • Features to help you gauge your fitness and motivation level so you can create workouts specifically for you
  • 36 high-definition video tutorials to help you learn the exercises 
  • Personalized motivational content, workout reminders and achievement notifications
  • Features to help you view your current exercise, time remaining and next exercise

Get started with MyCompass in three easy steps:

  1. Download the free Jiff–Health Benefits app through iTunes or Google Play. Don’t have a smartphone? Use the web version at app.jiff.com.
  2. Activate your account. Use Jiff token NetApp123, enter your email and pick a password. On the next screen, verify your identity with your six-digit employee ID and last name. You can invite your spouse by clicking the “Spouse/DP” button on the dashboard.
  3. Link your tracker. Many programs require an activity tracker. To link yours, follow the in-app instructions. Don’t have a tracker? Purchase one in the Jiff Store or download a free tracking app to your smartphone.
