For 2018, NetApp is offering more ways to balance your life, optimize your health and support your wellbeing.

Learn about what’s new.

My Life

We are excited to launch our new paid family care leave—an innovative program that allows you be with your family when it matters the most.

Bonding with a new child?

Caring for a family member with a serious health condition?

Starting in 2018, you can take the time you need with our new family care leave.

NetApp will offer employees up to six weeks of time off per year—paid at 100% salary—to bond with a new child, or to care for a child, spouse or parent with a serious medical condition.

  • All U.S. employees will be eligible for this benefit.
  • Time off can be taken all at once or in increments of at least one week.
  • Benefits are available for bonding with a new child born or adopted on January 1, 2018, or after.
  • For family care, benefits are available for events that occur on or after January 1, 2018.
  • Births or events that occur in 2017 will not be eligible for the new policy. Please contact Liberty Mutual for additional information on the policies you would be eligible for.
  • Look for more detailed information coming in January.

New to NetApp? Enjoy more vacation time!

Whether you are new to the work force or a seasoned veteran, time off with family and friends is valuable. And we recognize you contribute to NetApp from day one. That’s why we’re pleased to enhance the vacation accrual to three weeks per year in 2018.

New hires with less than two years of service will accrue an additional three vacation days, for a total of 15 days per year. If you have less than two years of service, your higher vacation accrual rate will be reflected beginning with your January paycheck.
